DOES THE SERVICE INCLUDES PICKUP FROM CONSIGNEE?First of all, we would like to apologies to every consignee that we do not provide such service to be include within the package.

- Ensure that there’s no conflicts to either party. (Eg. Goods being damaged during transition)
- Cut down additional cost, from being added into the provide packages.

IS THERE ANY HIDDEN CHARGES TO THE CONSIGNEE?No, we do not imposed any hidden charges to anything else.
In fact, we do understand that no matter how insignificant the amount is or it may be, does means a lot to others.
Therefore, we had derived suitable packages with add-ons option available for individual needs.

SO HOW EXACTLY DO YOU CHARGE CONSIGNEE?We charge consignee on monthly basis, based on the package flat rate and nothing else.
- One month upfront payment for intended package. (eg. starts 10/10 ~ ends 9/11)
- No deposit required.
- 0 commission.
- Package termination – Min. 2 days notice in advance. (To clear off & clean up the space)
- Balance of the remaining period within the package itself, will refund back to consignee.
