Items in our store are second-hand and might have slight damage. If the item is heavily damaged, the condition is written on item page. The sample pictures shown on our web page may differ from the actual.

After an order is placed we aim to confirm the availability of the items and send a complete invoice and payment link within three days. Once an invoice has been sent, items will be put on reserved while we await for your payment. Your order will be shipped after your payment has been received. The payment deadline is five days from the date the invoice is sent. If your payment is not sent within five days, your order may be canceled without notice. If you are having problems making your payment, please contact the store directly as soon as possible.

For oversea customers, shipping fee will be send to you seperately via email.

Customers who have too many cancellations by request or non-payment may have their account suspended and no longer be allowed to shop with us.
